Gianne returned to do another annual service. His imminent arrival was announced via a message saying he was on his way with a link to a map showing his progress. As always, he was polite, informed me of all work he was doing, and kept me updated on his progress. He left the work area spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending his service to anyone.
