Removing several layers of paint from a brick wall.
Scott first of all came to the property to carry out paint removal on a test area. He then contacted the surveyor on my behalf to check if the result was sufficient to solve my damp problem. The surveyor agreed and Scott carried out the job quickly and efficiently. The office were very good at keeping me informed at all times.

Steam cleaned stonework and block paving

Cleaning our York Stone Patio, Stone balustrade and a ragstone wall
An excellent job. I would highly recommend Scott/GML. He was thorough, careful, and worked so hard he forgot to drink the coffee I made for him. He also explained to me that by using hot water to draw out the stains, rather than just pressure hosing with cold water, it preserves the stone better. I have to say I agree with him - the stone balustrade does not look 'blasted'. He also put on a cleaning agent as we had a lot of accumulated black lichens on the balustrade. It really worked - Our whole patio area now looks as good as new!
