Quick initial response advising further contact to arrange site visit. Further contact made within a few days for same day visit but this guy must have got out the wrong side of the bed and was not helpful at all for me to explain my requirements. Design fabrication to front door, grab rails external/internal

Grab bars were removed from 2 flights of stairs and new handrails were fitted.
