    Giles undertook the work in a professional, friendly and well-planned manner. He explained everything clearly, arrived promptly throughout the work and did what he said he was going to do. The finished job is perfect. The work was done for my mum who is 95, so it was particularly important that she felt safe, secure and respected. Giles was exemplary in all regards. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Giles. He is a real star.
