After an initial report and consultation with Kevin at Go-2 regarding a condensation problem in a bedroom, he insulated and re-plastered the problem walls. He arranged for a guttering problem to be remedied and also for a plumber to fix a problem with the radiator pipes. All done quickly, efficiently and courteously by all three tradesmen who all tidied up afterwards. I highly recommend Kevin, whose company it is, as he was always very attentive and responsive whenever I called him and he did a first rate job.

We contacted GO2 Property Services to deal with a damp wall in our old cottage. Kevin - whose company it is - proved to be very professional with excellent communication skills and is very responsive to e-mails, phone messages etc. He is clearly an expert and is able to explain things clearly. Darren, who did most of the work, was also pleasant and very considerate in trying to minimise the mess inside the house. The wall looks perfect now and so far (after about 9 months) is showing no signs of damp. Overall a very positive experience and we can recommend GO2 without hesitation.

The work involved remedying a condensation problem in the bedroom bay window, skimming the walls in the bedroom, hallway, stairs and landing, and redecorating same. The work was carried out to a high standard throughout. The decorator in particular did an excellent job paying attention to detail resulting in an excellent finish. The work was completed to the original quote.

Kevin recently completed rendering on our property and the standard of work was excellent. The finish is smooth and even, with real attention to detail.
