    Carl offered excellent customer service. He arrived within 24 hours to look at the fault. He confirmed there was no charge if he was unable to mend the problem. He offers a genuine service and is not looking to take advantage of the customer. Can highly recommend.

    Carl just returned for the third annual inspection of our combined alarm and smoke detection system. We first used him to come and investigate a fault with the system and after investigation he recommended a few minor service items which he carried out effectively and rectified the fault. We decided to contract him to provide a service contract. This includes callouts so it's in his interest for us to have no faults! And so far we haven't which on a system well over 10 years old is good.
