Installation of a velux window and associated builders work
Craig's quote was the most economical and was not exceeded, he helped us understand what we needed and what was best for us. The completed work was of the highest quality and beyond our expectations for neatness. Investigate leaking roof near fire place
I called Craig (recommended by a friend who had work done to their house) after having a leak that's had been getting worse over time near the chimney in the spare room, he was very helpful and came out to have a look and quickly narrowed it down to the old lead flashing round the chimney. Once agreed he stripped the tiles back and removing the damaged lead from the roof, replaced it making a very good job of the lead work, then replaced the tiles and a very good tidy up. Painting front and back of house, repairing the walls, stone work, guttering and tidying up cabling
Craig was reasonably priced and has completely transformed the outside of our house. It was tired and dirty looking with cracks and chipping paint. Craig worked really hard, fixing additional bits and pieces as he went. Repair collapsed concrete driveway
Craig arrived promptly on time as arranged. He dug out the old concrete, filled the collapsed hole with new material and concreted and finalised the repair. The job was carried out in an efficient way. The area was left clean and tidy on completion.
