Had a really great experience. The water pipe on my washing machine was leaking, and it was sorted out quickly. Before starting any work, they provided a quote and made sure I was happy with it, which I really appreciated. They also clearly explained what the issue was and why it was happening. While they were there, I asked them to take a look at the waste pipe connected in the kitchen, and they fixed that straight away too. The washing machine was installed perfectly, and everything was left working as it should. Fantastic service from start to finish, and I’d definitely use them if needed.

Responded quickly and issue fixed within 24 hours of posting, just in time for Christmas! On time and fixed 30 mins after arriving

John cleaned the filters, checked for leaks, got the drainage working again and advised how to reset the machine.

Came in and spotted the fault straight away and was able to affect a repair having the correct parts already.
