• Renovation of entire house

  As a single mum of twin toddlers, I was extremely nervous about renovating my whole home (but it was needed). You hear of nightmare stories about builders; but I struck it lucky with these guys. James and his team are professional, courteous and hard working. My whole house was renovated in 5 months. They consulted with me, all throughout the building work, and advised me when needed. Their work is to impeccable standard and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Not only are Godman Construction great at what they do, they are a genuinely nice bunch of guys.

  From start to finish James and his team have been fantastic. When we had issues with the plans, he was excellent at communicating with the architects to troubleshoot and find workable solutions to keep the build going. The team have all been great, and left the site tidy after each visit. We are so happy with the final product and would definitely recommend James to anyone who needs building work done. We would certainly use him again in the future.

  I am so happy with my kitchen and can’t thank James and his team enough for making sure the final product was exactly what I had imagined. James would always update me on the progress, talk through any decisions which needed to be made and answered all my various questions which was so helpful. The whole team were friendly, professional, tidy and did a fantastic job. If I am ever needing more work done, I will be calling on James!

  James and his team took on the difficult task of completing a building project which a previous builder had abandoned, and all the challenges that presented. The work was completed to a high standard and all problems solved. James was extremely helpful and considerate. He and his team were friendly and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  This was a massive job that I was asking a builder to taken on and would last several months. When I reach out to Mr Godman, I had no experience in renovating houses and James was very patient and explained everything to me in detail. I had other builders just hand me a quote which made no sense and that was it. With every build there are complications and tough decisions needing to be made. James kept me in the loop at all times, I was never on site but I knew exactly what was going on at all times. The work was completed on time which was important for our deadline.
