Brian from Go-Flow was excellent . Phoned me in advance to tell me what time he expected to arrive and was professional and completed the job thoroughly.

Arranged work, which was carried out okay. But all communication following the visit was terrible. I paid immediately and it took 3 weeks and multiple emails / calls to receive a receipt and invoice by email. Ridiculous. They were supposed to quote for follow up investigations, over a month later and I still haven't heard from them. My advice- use a different company.

They were the first to contact us. They came out within an hour, quote was so reasonable, the guy fixed it there and then. Friendly and helpful.

All done as required and professionally

Brian arrived at the time planned, carried out a thorough investigation and cleaned the drains also advised us on the problem we have. He communicated about everything through-out and suggested next steps. Overall a very professional service. Fantastic job Brian thanks again.

Accepted and completed job in 4 days. Would 100% use them again for any plumbing jobs and would happily recommend them to anyone
