    Disappointing experience. I provided detailed description of items to be moved. In the end the time taken was double the quote 5 hours to 10 hours. They complained about how hard it is to dismantle a 2 door wardrobe and a double bed. Even that their van had to be parked too far…just 40 meters away! The van was about 50% full. Driver wanted to take a 40 minute longer route, even though his own google map showed a much quicker route. Then got argumentative when I insisted he follow my car. Always complaining and swearing. His colleague was always polite and worked very hard.
