The glacier arrived promptly and was very efficient in replacing my cracked pane with a new pane. He explained everything to me and was courteous and friendly throughout, he also offered advice on other windows.

I cannot recommend Mr Baraa enough! He truly pays close attention to detail and his customer service was outstandingly helpful. He asked me questions I didn't even think of and was able to offer solutions for my job- I am so pleased with the results and get to enjoy it everyday. I had an antique mirror fitted into my bathroom wall- I didn't know what foil backing was but he said it helps with condensation to not damage the mirror and if it breaks it will not fall down! Who knew! Now we all know ?? he will return to do my windows on a later date. THANK YOU BARAA!
