Avoid Lini / Golden Hands / Erelind Rexhepi. They quoted £80 for labour to fix my broken hot water, but after arriving, they kept changing their diagnosis (first the motor, then the valve). They then demanded £220 for labour plus £80 for the part, while admitting they weren't even 100% sure it would fix the problem. When I hesitated, they used high-pressure tactics, demanding £80 just to walk away having fixed absolutely nothing. Unprofessional, deceptive, and a total rip-off. Stay away.

We are very happy with the work carried out they worked long hours to get the job done they turned up on time cleaned up afterwards and kept us informed of any problems and charged a fair price I would definitely have them back.

Lini and the team did an excellent job carrying out the plumbing tasks I needed. The work was done professionally, to a high standard, on budget and with lots of communication along the way. I will definitely use them again.

Lindy came and quoted FOC and arrived on time and was kept me up to date with the development of the work. The fact we didn’t replace the shower tray brought unexpected problems. He explained what he could do to get over it and did a great job considering. I would recommend Golden Hands 😁
