  I am so happy with the new bathrooms!! The work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. Nothing was too much trouble, even when things changed from the original plan and always supportive with advice when needed. I have honestly never witnessed a work ethic like it! Reliable, hard working, trustworthy and genuinely wants to make the job exactly what you want. Would highly recommend and will be using again!

  New bathroom

  I cannot recommend golden house enough, the quote was very reasonable, and they did exactly what we wanted, very reliable and cleaned up every day. Oresti was so helpful in reccomending the best way to do things, and nothing was too much trouble even when we changed plans on what we wanted. We are so happy with the finished bathrooms!   Oresti was great throughout the whole process. He kept us up to date and where problems arose due the house being a 1930’s house, he gave us his expert opinion to sort these unexpected issues. Only recommendation would be to make sure a written plan of the works is established at the beginning due to some language barriers.

  I had Oresti renovate by bathroom,separate first floor and ground floor cloakrooms and tile kitchen and hallway floors. He is very pleasant, a hardworker, communicative, very skilled and knowledgeable. He finished the works to a high degree of quality. He is very particular about this. He is very professional in his conduct and punctual. He gave very useful advice e,g, replacing dated and old external waste pipe which really worked well with the positioning of the WC in a small cloakroom, installing radiators. He did some extra adhoc jobs as well in the kitchen. He is highly recommended.

  We recently work with Oresti to renovate our bathroom. He did a great job! He was honest from beginning to end and there was so no unpleasant surprises with our renovation. He always keep his working area clean as he goes. I would definitely recommend him!
