When I first spoke to Douglas he was very professional and returned my call when he said he would. Douglas was able to fit me in at short notice and works their own schedule around mine. The team turned up on time, listened to what I needed doing, performed their duties professionally. Very pleased with the results. Warm and friendly service too. Very efficient all-round service.
