0Verified ReviewInstallation of windows went smoothly. Quick response to give quote, and quick turn around for installation. Team was professional and tidy. However a few years later and glass has shattered without any pressure or interference. 5 year guarantee provided for glass seems not worth the paper it's printed on because apparently glass randomly shattering is not covered, so what is! After being given the run around for over 2 months, and a very rude e-mail from Ian I have no choice but the raise this further with Checkatrade. It's not how I expect customers to be treated, wouldn't recommend at all.
