I needed my balcony door repairing. i had purchased the part i needed from the manufacturer and Gold Shield came to fit it. It’s a fairly complex sliding door but Gold Shield made sure they understood what was required and replaced the faulty part. It’s now perfect, can’t fault the work, and i felt the price was very reasonable (i’d had other quotes where the person was clearly trying to pull the wool over my eyes).
