    No work carried out

    He emailed to say he cancelled the appointment because he wants the money before he starts the work. I promised him money paid same day, but just decline to carry the work and cancelled on last minute via email Check trade I am happy to send you the quote and all correspondence for your verification. Please investigate and happy to help. I. Am happy for him to carry out what he promised and I am happy to pay the money. But he wants all monies before carrying out the job. Is that fair trade practices. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards Salman Mobile....
