I would absolutely recommend John and the team from Gold Tier. They extended a concrete base in preparation for a garden office being built. The job was done well, hassle-free from start to finish. They always came across as a trustworthy, professional firm and it's clear they are working in your best interests to make sure everyone is happy once the job is done. I will be seeking them out in the future when I need further work done.

John and the rest of the team from Gold Tier were fantastic. From consultation, where John was happy to answer my many questions, to talking me through the options available and for their professional and friendly execution of the landscaping was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend them!

Goldtier replaced an old decking area with a paved patio with a retaining wall made from sleepers, handrail and steps, and paved a side passageway. I found John to be very helpful and responsive and his team were pleasant to have around. The workmanship was excellent and took around a week to complete. They tidied up well at the end of each day. I am very pleased with the results and found the price to be very fair and reasonable.

John and his team worked very hard through a heatwave to lay new turf in my garden. He was on time, communicated throughout, and completed the job quickly and to a high standard. They also left my garden in a tidy state once finished, which not every tradesperson cares to do. Would have no hesitation to recommend John, and we hope to have him back in the future.

Gold Tier responded promptly to our request for a slope to replace 3 garden steps, for a new concrete path to replace the existing broken one leading to a smaller slope up to the garden shed. Their estimate was competitive and the detailed quote acceptable. Our relatively small job was slotted into their busy schedule and the project has been completed on time. The workmen were always polite and friendly as well as patient in explaining details of how the work would be done. They worked hard in this hot weather. No music or smoking on site
