Fitted Hypervolt car charger
Nathan fitted a home car charger for me. He went out of his way to get it fitted before my car arrived. Did an excellent job, for a very reasonable price and was just a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
Locating the cause of an electrical failure in my house
I had difficulty in locating an Electrician and was rather agitated when I finally heard a human voice at the end of the line. He was very reassuring and we arranged a visit that afternoon. He located the offending item which was the dishwasher which he disconnected and then explained why it caused the box to trip. All in all a very satisfactory, friendly. Outcome which removed my fears that Easter would not take place at my home. I will certainly call on him again when I have a problem.
Fault finding in circuit
Nathan was brilliant, we had a problem with our circuit at our flat. He tested and circuit and found the problem, an old nick in the cable that eroded overtime. He fixed the section of cable and got us back up and running. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent advice
When our electrics failed they talked me through on the phone to discover the fault. No call out needed!
Our rcd system had triggered
He was delayed by an emergency call out but he still came round at approx 19:00 and diagnosed the likely problem and reset the system. Very helpful and committed.
Fuse board kept tripping
I called Nathan in a mild panic after I got a socket wet and my fuse board kept tripping. Nathan was out of county and couldn’t attend in person but calmly talked me through some safe DIY options and directed me on what I needed to/ buy and how to make sure I was operating safely. Just a hour or so later, with a new screwdriver and new socket fixed, the electric was back and has stayed that way. Really grateful for the supportive and helpful attitude and willingness to share expertise at no charge.
