  Repair a leaking Double Glazed unit seal

  My elderly parents found that after extremely heavy rain the front window leaked. Spoke to Terry who quoted £70. He did the job a few days after contacting. For cash, No receipt given. However after another heavy storm the window still leaked. Have contacted him multiple time (at least 12) since 30 April, by text andMobile phone/landline. He refuses to return my calls to remedy the issue. I am posting to warn others that you will end up wasting time and money using him. He seems to no regard for my parents who being pensioners can ill afford to lose £70. I would not use him again. AVOID !

  New window unit and jammed window opened

  Really pleased with Terry and his colleague. Excellent and efficient work, and reasonably priced. No messing - in, job done speedily, out!

  Fitted new sash/slider windows

  I had used Terry for smaller jobs in the past and was pleased with his work. I was going to use another company, but a workman I employ on a regular basis recommended Terry and as I had met him in the past decided to use him. I have had nothing but problems , from the fitting (the main bay window was measured incorrectly) and I was left with a freezing front room for over two weeks. Luckily I had some insulation left from my attic to fill the holes in the plaster. All this I could forgive if after my numerous phonecalls were answered with the required paperwork, guarantees etc for over...

  We are sorry to receive this feedback from the customer, who was not actually referred through this site. I was actually working on behalf of third party who actually supplied the windows and materials for this work. All I was actually asked to do was fit the windows to this property. When I had completed the part of the work i was asked to do the customer said he was pleased with the workmanship and had no complaints. He even phoned my office to say how pleased he was with the work I had done. Any other work to be completed at this property was being completed by the third party builder who employed me. All paper work for this work was completed and given to the persons concerned. I would also add this work was completed a year ago, it seems a long time to make a complaint now.
