Helpful , clear explanation of work needed (and importantly not needed - Karl explained we did not need a new filter on our oil tank changed this year because the boiler was burning cleanly indicating that the fuel was clean) .V tidy and professional. Clearly knows his job very well . Also explained how established customers get priority in the event of breakdowns and also when allocating service slots which Karls wife schedules automatically (unless the customer opts out ). I now understand why Karl’s reviews are so good .

I contacted Karl after our boiler had been playing up for a while. He came out to assess the problem and explained the issue in detail. We were concerned that we may have needed a new boiler, but he was confident it would only need a repair; he was so helpful, so polite, friendly and efficient. The job was booked in and the communication with the office was excellent. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Goodey Services, we are delighted with the service we have received. 5 stars.
