Professional & polite
We contacted a few companies about squirrels in our roof, but most just gave a quote without really listening. Marius stood out straight away. He was friendly, polite, and genuinely focused on helping us solve the problem rather than simply selling a service. Respectful and compassionate
I do not like harming any creatures and it was important to me to find someone who was understanding of my beliefs and respectful. With a wasp problem at hand, I am so happy that I found Marius. Communication was excellent - he took time and patience to respond to my many questions via email and phone. On the day, he arrived on time and dealt with the matter swiftly and confidently. Pigeon guano removal including clearance of the loft.
I would highly recommend the Goodwin Environmental team for any pest control needs. Marius was quick to respond, the quote highly competitive and reasonably costed. Communication excellent throughout. Marius and Mark were polite, punctual, and worked so hard to solve the problem, in humid conditions. They did a thorough excellent job, clearing all waste. The loft was left pristine, sanitised, fumigated, all waste disposed of safely and future prevention put in place. Genuine and trustworthy guys who excel at their trade.
