The designs wear completed with some changes first application refused. Then the second application sent with more changes then refused then for the 3rd time application was sent with more changes but without success I received for 3rd time application refused. So what I have received from this so called Architects nothing only 18 Months stress and expense so I have paid thousands of pounds for nothing and naw I am considering a legal action.

I’ve been extremely impressed by the service delivered by Summit. The team made the whole experience very smooth and painless. My experience with Summit Architecture has been a great one right from the initial visit from Oliver whose professionalism convinced me to go with them. Working with Nicolette, Saif, and Selva to actualize the concept I had of a very complex project has been a pleasant one. They were very accommodating of the many changes I made along the way. Nicolette was very professional in liaising with the planners to ensure planning application approval. Even after that and I decided to go for a non-material amendment to make some minor changes, they were still very helpful. I highly recommend Summit.
