Very very professional let me know what was going on every step of the process showing me my radiators with a heat camera before and after the power flush would not hesitate to use Thomas in the future

Had a problem with my boiler was expecting to need a brand new one and was worried about the cost. Luckily instead of ripping me off like the previous plumber the guy that came was great and advised it was just one of the components that needed replaced. Was fixed really quickly and the guy who came was pleasant and really professional

Could not have got better. They striped out the whole downstairs toilet for me tiles and all. Then discovered that the toilet had been leaking and my floor boards were rotten , they had to replace quite a bit of my floor boards , They went for all the necessary material to do the work and just got on with it ,very pleasant ,polite and helpful They went above and beyond for me and done an absolute excellent job .
