Very quick response and a realistic quote; identified and sourced necessary parts saving me the risk of incorrect purchases. Professional, competent and very pleasant manner in undertaking work. Observed issues with existing drain pipework and took on additional task there and then (Not spurious ‘task creep’ – a genuine problem that I had forgotten about – who remembers what’s under the sink?). Worked tidily and cleaned up well as he went along. Overall - good price, good quality – great service.
