Our 25 year old fridge is now working perfectly after Ben replaced the thermostat. He had to make two visits to diagnose and fix the issue as a new part had to be ordered but we were only charged one call out fee plus the new thermostat. I am delighted with this company and will definitely use them again. I recommend them highly.

The process from the search on Checkatrade to Go Repair contacting me, arranging the visit leading to the eventual repair was seamless. The Go Repair team of customer service, Leanne, and the technician Ben, who came to deliver the service, were great. They kept me in the loop regarding repair progress. The faulty part which got replaced came with a 6 month guarantee - hopefully the part lasts a lot longer than the guarantee period. Thanks for the help, support and overall great service.
