    Knock through of kitchen and dining room and additional works

    Gp were great, on time, no hassle, friendly and with good ideas. Really stress free and a fantstic end result . Very Very happy.

    Loft conversions

    Excellent loft conversion on our semi detached home, great job done. Really easy to work with all the trades as all polite and great communication from them. Clean and tidy and would recommend without hesitation.

    Rear extension and knock through with kitchen area

    So so happy with our new living space. Could not be happier with the outcome, Gary and the team created a rear extension, with roof lanterns, bifold doors and knocking through to crate a huge living space. Thank you to everyone involved .

    Landscaped garden including built in seating area and built new porch

    Very impressed with all works carried out. Gary and his team were professional, polite and very tidy leaving site usable at the end of each day. The cost of the works were as quoted and all trades that arrived explained what they would be doing that day. Really happy and would certainly use again.

    Side and rear extension

    Most of our build was done by sub contractors with little or no project management by GP Construction. The following jobs have had to be re done. Flat roof, Soffits and fascias, cladding of steels, ducting to vent existing timber floor, all ground insulation, all DPM’s. Setting out was incorrect so another course of face brickwork needs to be laid by first grinding out the finished block work and replace with facing bricks. No liasing with building control throughout the build so build was non compliant. Asked them to remedy the issue but no agreement was reached.

    Extension of existing loft conversion

    I have used Gary and the team before, about 3 years ago, so I knew what I was getting, helpful, friendly and nothing is too much, along with being great with children, something I always worry about especially the language that can be used by builders. Once again it was hassle free and we got a bigger space than I thought was possible to achieve . A massive THANK YOU .
