EXCELLENT AND RESPONSIVE

I liked the Asian guy when I first met him when he priced up the job. Seemed like a decent sort of chap. I liked the fact they stuck to the price quoted even when they put in a consumer unit which wasn’t part of the initial quote. Seemed like a decent organisation. Will use again for further work.

Due to a very poor 'plumber' I was left with an unusable kitchen sink and washing machine. GPS came to see me urgently to assess the work and were back the next day to do the repair. They were polite, friendly, tidy and efficient and I'm very happy with the job.

Came same day as I rang, was very polite and efficient, paid exactly as was quoted. Definitely will use again and can recommend.

I have recommended GPE family and colleagues. I very rarely recommend people because of negative implications but when I do it’s with people I trust. Extremely happy with the work plus the advice on other issues. No problems in recommending.
