He does a fantastic job technically, he’s helpful about other parts of the work (he fitted a radiator cover, coat hooks and changed electrical fittings in the room he was working in), he’s polite and friendly, leaves the place clean and tidy each day and fair in his assessment of the cost. On top of all this we always feel comfortable having him and his colleagues in our home. We could not speak more highly of him!
