I lost my keys on holiday and living on my own, had no access to my spares. Despite turning my bags inside out, I could not find them. Thankfully Dan was very helpful and communicated super quickly whilst I was overseas panicking how I was going to get in my flat. Although I did find said keys eventually, I was so grateful for the companies swift response and will be using them in future should it be required.

Great service, even though it wasn't an emergency he was able to fit us in on the next day, and in addition to replacing the locks he also fixed up some other minor things that he noticed (eg tightening up another lock that had come loose) without extra charge.

Excellent work. Turned up on time, left it clean and tidy and upgraded my locks. Such a relief with the nightmare I’ve been having with my doors recently.

We have used Dan at GPM for years and he saved me today. I had new windows and doors fitted yesterday and completely forgot the new door locks when you close it from the outside.. the key was in the back of the door so I couldn’t unlock it with the spare 🥴 Dan was there within the hour, he’d unlocked the door within 20 seconds (no joke) no damage to the lock, door or handle and he changed the inside to the thumb lock at my request. I can highly recommend GPM, he’s the only guy we use, his prices are fantastic and his quality or work is second to none.

Have to say from start to finish. Dan was so helpful. On time and very clean. Drilled our lock out and left no mess at all. Explained what he was doing and why. 10/10 service. Well 100% use again if every needed.
