    I managed to lock myself out of my flat at 6pm as I was leaving for the gym. Called my dad and he managed to sort for GPM to come and save the day! The guy arrived 25 minutes sooner than he said and was finished and back in my flat by 7pm! He even fixed the lock for me as it was slightly loose! Great service and would recommend to anyone!! Thank you!!! :)

  • Gaining access to house after lock failed

    Lee arrived within 30 minutes of being called, after the front door lock failed. Not wanting to damage the front door, he managed to gain access to the house by drilling (and replacing) a rear door lock. The front lock was 40+ years old and beyond economic repair so a temporary lock was installed until an exact replacement was sourced and fitted a few days later. The whole process was quick and efficient and solved the immediate problem of being locked out of the house.
