Excellent service - I appreciated the prompt responses from GPM to get a date booked, and Chris was very polite and friendly, completing the boiler service with no issues. My only thought would be that a reminder email/text the day before to confirm the appointment might be useful. Will use them again next year/if anything goes wrong!

Chris originally came out to service our gas boiler but it was decided, due to high CO emissions, to replace it. The work was carried out to the highest standard in a friendly manner and he left our garage looking better than when he arrived. Full documentation was provided.

Had a routine boiler inspection which turned into needing a replacement boiler. Chris gave clear and reasonable quotes with options, and talked us through everything. No hidden costs whatsoever and we had a new boiler fitted within a few hours the same day. Hope we don't need anymore plumbing work in the near future, but will be using GPM for future jobs 100%.

The call out was the least expensive, they gave all the options but recommended that the boiler was not economical to repair. They came to fit a new boiler 3 days later, arrived on time, did a great job and tidied up. Would definitely recommend them
