Had a new boiler installed after the company had beat the quote of a local competitor . Although they did not offer finance, the competitive quote and the subsequent services more than made up for it. Chris the engineer was very good and was a pleasure to deal with, explained everything so well from day 1 to installation day. The team on the phone and email was also very pleasant to deal with. Overall a well ran and personable company, just hopeful boiler works well in the coming years which I’m sure it will. Feedback could be to offer sms reminders too as I am terrible with checking emails.
