  Worth Their Weight In Gold!

  Worth their weight in gold! I can say with confidence that GR8 Construction and Carpentry Ltd are now the only tradespeople I will use, and if I must wait, they’re worth the wait. Their workmanship, timekeeping and communication were excellent throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they genuinely cared about the project, delivering an outstanding renovation on time and on budget. Friendly, considerate, non-intrusive and a pleasure to have around. The only tradespeople we’ll use. Thank you Geoff & GR8

  Highly recommend - two bathroom refurbishments & building work

  Right from the start Geoff was easy to work with, and during the quotation process he came with good ideas for how we could maximise space in our bathrooms and design it effectively. The whole team were professional, took pride in their work, and were friendly and easy to be with. We felt confident early on leaving a key with Geoff so that he could come and go if we were not there. Any challenges that we encountered along the way we worked together to find solutions. Geoff & Jack minimised the disruption where possible, had good attention to detail and the work of the team was good quality

  Renovation of bathroom - Old bathroom stripped to bare shell and complete rebuild

  Geoff is immensely capable: from good suggestions on how to make my ideas for the bathroom work better to a perfectionist eye for detail in completing the work. Geoff and Jack are great team and he brings in very good people for the specialist jobs. In my experience, it was absolutely worth the wait in the queue.

  Install porch post

  We have used Geoff and Jack a couple of times, he is now our go to and we are prepared to wait until they’re available. Again we are so pleased with their input to the design, care over the quality of work/finish and patience, with us and the weather. Extra effort was gone to to straighten the nearby guttering and finish off with top soil and grass seed returning the area to the same position. Cannot recommend highly enough.

  Kitchen replacement and fitting

  Geoff, Jack and his various sub-contractors did great work replacing our kitchen. Very happy with the work they did and Geoff always left us feeling he was working to achieve the best results for our kitchen. He took a professional pride in his work, and the work of everyone else involved with working on our kitchen. He and his son gave great advice on the look and some of the choices we made in the process. Fully intend to use him again to replace our bathroom.
