Oven Cleaning

Oven clean
Operative failed to clean oven properly on his arranged visit. I complained to his management and operative turned up unannounced the next day and cleaned oven again. He said that he couldn’t get oven completely clean and he left.This oven is only just over a year old and I cannot accept that view. I phoned management and was told that my call would be returned. No reply received. I think that I should have received a partial refund and wish that I had not used that contractor

Cicilia was very easy and approachable. She was also open to discussing the task and ensuring the client was happy with the work done. They are well organised and experienced and I will definitely be using them again.

Very good job done. Impressed with the cleaners and their patience. Arrived on time and also made sure I inspected the place before they left. Will definitely call them for my next clean.

End of Tenancy cleaning
The cleaner was not equipped to do an end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner spent over 5 hours for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and the cleaning was remotely close to professional cleaning. My landlord was not happy with the work so we asked the company to redo the cleaning but again the person arrived without the right solution and equipment so we asked for a refund. But no response from the company. It was a horrible experience not to mention the loss of time and money.

This was a clean for the kitchen and bathroom which was carried out to the satisfaction of the customer before we left.As a rule we don't leave until the customer is satisfied. The customer was happy when we left and we have before and after photo's.
