Repairing and making good inside and out damp issues due to broken guttering.
The work was carried out to a very high standard with meticulous attention to detail. I would have no problem in recommending Grade Restorations.

Home refurbishment.
Will and his team have done multiple projects for me over the years. Their work has always been first-rate with very good communication. Will in particular is brilliant at problem solving and very good at doing unusual or complex jobs on grade listed buildings. I’ll definitely use Grade Restoration again on future projects.

Remove grass, lay drainage and cover with aggregate.
Will is an absolutely fantastic gardener and has transformed our garden. We haven’t been able to sit in our garden for 3 years due to the grass keep dying and being muddy and dusty but will finally be able to enjoy it this year. Will is very professional and friendly and completes work to a very high standard. Will is very hard working, he worked all day on our garden without a break so he could get it finished for us. I would definitely recommend Will he is amazing ??

Painting, repairs, woodwork
Will is the most thorough and conscientious workman I've ever met. His attention to detail, particularly with painting, is outstanding. I think he could probably fix just about anything as well. He always leaves the work space immaculate after finishing, which is so important. He's on time, and does things to budget. I just wish he had more availability! Can't recommend him highly enough.

Fitting of new dishwasher and cooker Repairs to driveway Repairs to all upstairs window sills
Will and his team did a brilliant job on the wondows upstairs. The work was done swiftly and to a very high standard. Will also came out to the house out of hour's to fit the new cooker as there had been a delay in its delivery ( 3rd party courier). Really good bloke, friendly extremely knowledgeable and actually wants to make sure the work gets done in a timely manner.
