Good workmanship and service
I’m very pleased with the work Graeme carried out at my property. He completed a range of jobs, including decorative work, installing cabinets, fitting a new worktop and laying Lino, and everything was completed to a very good standard. Graeme was reliable, punctual, honest and professional throughout. His attention to detail was good, and he took real care to make sure the finished work looked right. Would certainly recommend.
We employed Graham to remove a small, non structural chimney breast wall and associated works. He was reliable and capable and completed the works to a good standard, leaving the area ready to decorate and clean and tidy, all as agreed. He was polite and professional throughout. Graeme’s professionalism was outstanding throughout
I recently booked Graeme to complete a full fit-out at Tread Dartford, I couldn’t be happier with the results. We had a delayed start with collecting the keys, Graeme was very understanding and flexible, accommodating the later start date, however still needing to keep original completion date due promo videos scheduled. Work inc. soundproofing & studding out walls, reinforcing 1 side for wall-mounted equipment, cladding everything in OSB, painting, and installing rubber flooring. With many years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve previously run a large building company and delivered a wide range of projects.
After taking time out to build my own home from the ground up, I returned to work with a clearer focus on quality, reliability, and hands-on craftsmanship.
I now work independently and specialize in garage conversions, completing the vast majority of the work myself to ensure consistent standards throughout every stage.
Gas and electrical work are carried out only by fully certified professionals, ensuring full safety and compliance.
