  Stone floor repairs and wall pointing.

  Richard did a fantastic job repairing and pointing my stone floor, fitting a hearth in the fireplace and repointing the walls. Work was carried out to a high standard and with consideration of the age of the property. Highly recommended.

  Repairs to garage wall and a new roof

  Graham was originally contacted via Checkatrade on this page but he went on to quote the job as another company. Since last payment for roofing materials made on the 17th Sep he will mo longer answer his phone and has not been back to continue the job. Work has not been completed to date.

  Internal supporting wall removal. Installation of stud wall, plastering making good, debris removal.

  Excellent workmanship very friendly and helpful. Cleaned up after every days work. Removed all the debris and power washed the drive. We would highly recommend Richard Graham

  Stone sills and headers,

  An excellent restoration on a mid 18th century stone semi detached cottage. The window sills had to be restored and repainted. Quite a tricky and painstaking task, but executed with total success, restoring the look of the property 100%. Many thanks Richard for a job well done without stress . You are truly worth your weight in gold. I have got my house back to its former glory. I won't hesitate to contact you or recommend your skills.

  Graham Building and Renovation (1066073)

  I was contacted by Richard from Graham Building and Renovation (1066073) straight away (via Checkatrade) and I requested a quote for a kitchen extension. Richard turned up as promised and listened to my request and he gave me his honest opinion and advice. Richard, was very helpful and professional - he listened carefully to everything, gave clear answers and advice, he was honest and very helpful). For me the quaotion was above my budget but still reasonable and if I could I would happily give this job to them as I feel this is a honest and professional company who would do a good job.

  Laying patio and path

  Richard came as arranged. Measured up and explained what what needed for the job to look as I wanted it. He worked when he said he would and finished the job to a high standard. Already had him back to quote for another job. Would highly recommend
