Graham went above and beyond!
My mother is elderly and housebound and obviously her requirement for her boiler to be repaired when it broke down was a priority. We use Graham's company for regular servicing but when we called him and explained the situation he reacted immediately and came out and replaced the part within an hour. Emergency call out to leaking sink mixer

Installing 2 radiators in our basement
I spoke with Graham to get a quote for the installation of 2 radiators, he sent someone around asap to see the job and quote against it - once the quote came in it was better than the other quote I'd received and their availability was great so it was a no-brainer to go ahead.
