The finish was excellent and we now have confidence that the property is secure again in all types of weather. It’s worth mentioning that one or two of the wooden beams under the old roof were rotting which Graham repaired without additional cost or fuss. The reason why we asked Graham to do this work is because of excellent work on a loft conversion and a kitchen extension, which have transformed our house.

Graham helped with the conversion of our garage and I am happy to say we were completely satisfied with the end result. We were totally impressed with his professionalism, time management and ultimately the final finish of the project. You hear so many stories about builders out there that are found to be not trustworthy, incompetent and generally not nice people to work with (particularly with changes), it can become a very traumatic experience, fortunately not with Graham! He was able to work to a tight schedule, on budget and was obliging with last minute alterations that we requested.
