I introduced Graham to our elderly neighbour who wanted to transform her inaccessible shower room into a wet room. This was a daunting work for an older person. Graham was patient and calm while guiding her through it. He planned the project with her, explaining everything as he went. She felt in control of even when she felt a little overwhelmed by disruption and decision making. My neighbour continually commented on how tidy Graham’s work was and how comfortable she felt with him in her home. She was absolutely delighted with the end result and now has a bathroom she feels safe to use.

Graham Spink Bathrooms is a professional and friendly service provider. Our integrated shower had broken and we were concerned we would have to revamp the whole bathroom to fix this problem. Graham gave practical advice and even knew where to get replacement tiles from. So what went from a really expensive make over turned into a much more affordable replacement Graham’s experience and knowledge allowed us to make the best decisions. Graham was absolutely brilliant helping me and advising what was needed to change my bathroom to a shower room. Graham explains if anything is needed extra and why. Graham constructed an ensuite from scratch within a bedroom in our house. It's fair to say it was a challenging job - it's a very old house. Graham took all of this in his stride, helping me to design the bathroom, coming up with practical solutions and consulting me regularly along the way. The finished bathroom is excellent - Graham's attention to detail and quality of finish is really great.
