Excellent work by Graham/Rob and Adrian

Graham, his brother Rob and Adrian repaired our water damaged and woodworm-ridden front porch. The advice they gave us, final quote and work once completed were on point, and professional. I will use Graham Warner Ltd Timber and damp proofing again for any similar repairs, although hopefully not to this porch as I have been assured it will now remain standing long after I no longer am!

Great communication throughout a thorough damp proofing in cellar, kitchen and lounge

From the beginning, GW explained everything in layman's detail which I appreciated. The crew of three were very polite and easy going as well of doing a fabulous job in tanking the cellar, and damp-proofing the kitchen and living room. This is a tricky old house and they have completed the job superbly. Would thoroughly recommend.

  This company does the job

I have used this company before and found them to be very professional so had no Hesitation to call on them again to fix a problem with a damp wall. They inspected and gave me a plan to rectify the problem. I accepted the quote and they came and did a professional job.

  Rising damp works

Graham and his team have done two lots of rising damp work for me over the last 8 months (the joys of old houses!) and I have been really happy with their work. Communication is great, and the team themselves are lovely- as a single female homeowner it can feel intimidating hiring tradesmen for work, but I’ve always felt really comfortable and confident they’re doing a great job.

  Damp in an awkward area

I thought it would be difficult to deal with the damp behind some stairs in a restricted area. Graham said it wouldn’t be a problem. The stairs were removed by a carpenter he recommended and then his team set to work. The limited space meant the team had to plan the work carefully and there was minimal disruption for me. The team were polite and considerate. A very professional job.
