Having contacted Grand Design Roofing Ltd via the Checkatrade website number I was contacted back on a different number, they duely turned up and quoted a price which I thought was high but needed the work doing by a reputable contractor. They turned up, did some work on the adjacent flat roof and the guttering and said they had fixed it but the guttering leak is worse than ever. I have not idea as to the standard of work that was done on the flat roof, as it cannot be seen without the use of long ladders.

The guys don't work at our house very kind and polite. Done a fantastic job I would highly recommend them.

They came to seal some leaks and a £1,300 job ended up being a £4,400 job. Leaks keep reappearing in the same place they worked. So far came back 3 times and now the phone is switched off. I just check the Companies House and the company is in compulsory strike off, so do not call the as they will not be responsible. I would like to see if all these positive reviews are the same a year after the works.

David and his team were very quick to respond to re-render repair a leaking chimney stack that was leaking water down the disused and improperly capped stack and down into the blocked off fireplace. This was actually happening on the party wall, and the neighbours refused to even consider that there may be a roof issue on their side too. The Grand Design Roofing team did an amazing job of addressing a minor disaster that could have ruined Christmas! The detailed before and after videos and explanations were beyond helpful. The team arrived on time and worked efficiently as they said they would. They worked on a couple extra things with no complaints and at no additional cost. I would recommend and would use this company again.
