  Grand Developments just finished a full house renovation with an extension for me. I had never done a renovation project before and was quite daunted. But my experience with Grand Developments couldn't have been better. Ben and his team are professional, responsive, respectful, knowledgeable and flexible. Their quality standard is very high and they all seem to take real pride in doing the job properly. I always knew what was going on, what needed doing on my side to keep things moving, and where we were in terms of timing and budget. I highly recommend Ben and Grand Developments!

  Working with Ben and the team at Grand Developments on our project has been such a pleasure. Ben lives and breathes his work and takes great pride in delivering quality workmanship. His knowledge and advice has helped us greatly in bringing our vision to life, I can honestly say I don't believe we would have achieved what we wanted and more without him. Communication, transparency, project management and advice have all been first class. He has excellent relationships with his team/associated professions, nothing is too much trouble and he always finds a way. I can't recommend Ben more highly.

  I found Grand Developments and Construction on Check a Trade, and am so thankful I did. The work has been completed to such a high standard and I couldn’t be happier. The team are very professional, skilled and talented. I have just had planning permission approved for an extension and there is no other company I would consider for the work other than Grand Developments.

  I highly recommend Grand Developments and Construction. The team has carried out refurbishment of my house I bought last year. The house had not been touched in many years, and the refurbishment has involved knocking down and supporting existing walls, replacing all old ceilings, rewiring all electrics, and plumbing, and many more things. The entire team are professional and hard-working, and the work has been of excellent standard. Ben has made the process very smooth. A talented builder, his years of experience show through his advice and ideas for my house, which have been invaluable

  Ben and his team have done an amazing job, Everything was upfront and details checked for personal choices They kept me informed and worked at a great pace. I was able to choose what level of finish I wanted. All of the team were very professional and easy to speak to, without the usual trade men’s banter, my wife felt happy having them round.
