Grand innovation’s built A rear extension for us and renovated a new kitchen knocking down walls and opening the house up to make it bigger. From start to finish they was very professional and worked hard to get the project delivered on time. Would highly recommend Connor and his team.

Grand Innovations responded to my enquiry for a design/build of a porch/lobby and a new driveway. I was very impressed with Conor and the team. The initial video consultation was very useful to explain what I required more clearly. He and the team took time to understand my requirements more fully with a follow up video call. Conor was very proactive in responding to my questions, and their quote was competitive with others. Ultimately I decided on another company, simply as they are more local. However, I thoroughly recommend Grand Innovations if you have a design/build project in mind.

Project manager kept me update with work and costs on weekly basis. The lads that did the work were very respectful of us and our neighbours and did the work an efficient and timely manner. Every day after leaving they ensure that everything tidy and put away and the skip was covered for saftey measures. I would definitely use Conor and his team for work in the future. Quality of the work was excellent and am happy with the finished project.

It was a worrying time once we had our planning approval! Trying to choose a builder was quite stressful to begin with until we met Conor through someone at work. A number of years ago I had a new kitchen fitted by someone who did a terrible job. Not the case with Conor and his team who overall, we cannot fault. A few things that stand out are politeness, quality of workmanship and the guiding of my wife and I through the whole process from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend.
