Russell was brilliant from the start and gave some great options for what I wanted. Always kept me in the loop on price (which was very competitive) and on the day of install was seamless. Russell also did a great demonstration on features after install was complete and insisted on giving him a ring should anything go wrong which is great peace of mind.
