Extension and refurbishment
Really pleased with GLR from start to finish. All the guys on site were polite, friendly, tidy and most importantly did a quality job. Highly recommend, will be using again.
Flat refurbishment
Full flat refurbishment. Was able to provide competitive price and expert advice on each phase. Completed project within a month and to very high standard. Very happy with result and would recommend to anyone.
Extension
Second time using GLR. Highly recommended. Lovely hard working team. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Exiting garage converted to media room. Bathroom rip out and re-fit. Decorating works to 4 rooms.
As an interior designer I'm very picky about which builder I work with. All of the team at GL Refurbs were a pleasure to work with. The inevitable build problems were met with quick and cost effective solutions. Site meetings were a breeze and end of day clear up was well managed. Each team member is highly skilled and took pride in the standard of their work. I know that all of the infrastructure has been properly completed - no more leaky bathroom and dodgy electrics. Special mention to site manager, Will, who went above and beyond on a daily basis. Highly recommend this company.

I was recommended GLR by a friend based on a raving review they gave the company. From start to finish, 10/10 on communication and time keeping, and above all workmanship to the HIGHEST standards. No request or question was left or unanswered, and Grant was always on hand to advise and listen to any queries I had. Would not hesitate to recommend and will use again on future projects.
