  Glr completed a rear extension, knock through and patio for us and it looks great! The project was expertly managed and we were impressed by the overall quality of work and professionalism of all of the tradesmen. The level of commitment to the project never faltered and communication was exceptional all the way through. We would not hesitate to use GLR for future projects and have already recommended them to friends and family.

  Grant and his team have been great! Extremely professional and hard working the whole way from start to finish and always available straight away whenever needed, which was very reassuring. The house is now finished and looks amazing! We are very happy with the whole project and experience and would highly recommend!

  Grant and his team were great start to finish from Grant coming out at the initial meeting and the contracts manager dealing with all the questions we had through the project. The quality of work was fantastic. Can't recommend enough.

  Full renovation project - from bungalow to 5 bed home

  We recently had the pleasure of working with GLR on our home renovation project, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, communication was clear, timely, and transparent. Grant took the time to understand our vision, offered expert advice, and worked with us to bring our ideas to life—down to the smallest detail. Each of the tradesman working on our project were excellent. They were punctual, respectful and reliable. The outcome an outstanding, unique and beautiful family home.   a two-storey rear extension

  I cannot believe how bad this company is. After their work, I instructed a chartered building surveyor, who provided a report detailing a catalogue of serious issues, including that the work was not completed in accordance with building regulations. After my first bad review they removed their profile on the website and opened a new one. I asked Grant (the company owner) to remedy all the mistakes and gave them plenty of time. This is how he replied: "I don't really care...if you have a problem take me to court...I will fight you in court till you run out of money"

  Bathroom

  Glr has just finished a new bathroom for me. Throughout the whole job the workers were extremely clean and polite. Always turned up on time. Would not hesitate to use in future projects.
