  Repair for a four burner BBQ

  I was contacted by this company who explained they could not assist with this repair. That was not the end of the call. I was offered advice how to move the issue forward. These were very much appreciated and with the advice I should be able to make the decision as to a repair or not. I was very impressed with this company who were ready to assist me when they were not going to carry out the work. The approach was very much appreciated and their honesty and the call was really outstanding. Thank you.

  The whole experience was as pleasant as it could have been made. Chris gave us all the information and pricing we needed to make a good decision on how to update the heating in our home. Quotes were fast and informative and the works tarted quickly. All the way through the plumbers were polite, communicative, tidied up after themselves and most importantly did an excellent job. When an issue came up they kept us informed and came back as soon as possible to fix it.

  Great phone receptionist, very efficient, made a prompt appointment for me. Engineer arrived on time on the date, was clearly very experienced and sorted the issue in minutes. Price was considerably cheaper than I had expected.
