  Radiator installation.

  It was easy to organise the workload and discuss timing. Communication effective. Oliver changed pipes, installed the radiator and performed all final check at highest level. Very accurate, tidy work. Strongly recommend to use this service. Plummer attended property within two days, no delays. Pricing is affordable. Thank you very much for the service.

  Bathroom fitting

  Graphite fitted my family bathroom in February 2023, installing a Ionic Essence shower. When we first used it on May 20, 2023, the shower area flooded due to an improperly installed waste pipe and a poorly laid floor. We had to cut the downstairs ceiling and hire another plumber to re-pipe on May 31, 2023. The shower screen was uneven, the door couldn't close fully, water leaked from the screen, and the connection between the screens was not straight. The workmanship was disappointing and caused significant inconvenience and extra costs. Photo & video evidence are available.

  Electric boiler tripping

  From the moment The gentleman came through my door he was courteous and polite taking his shoes off. Everything was explained and very easy to understand . I wouldn’t hesitate recommending graphite plumbing

  New tap fitting in bathroom

  The tap had a worn part and had to be replaced, so the plumber went to buy a new tap. He did not manage to reseal the waste (an expensive chrome one) so then had to go out again to get another (white plastic) one. All this took time and was expensive. I had to ask for the original fittings back and only got the waste. Most disappointing was the big deal he made about my previous plumber putting the hot and cold the wrong way round. He said he had put it right and after he left my daughter noticed that he had put them the wrong way - and the H and C on the tap (standard ) clearly showed that.
